St Valentine Story

We owe so much to those men and women who despite of political, social, economical or religious adversities, have remained loyal to their ideas. They had a vision and dared to make a change, so we could live in a better World. Many of them died without seeing the results or enjoying the glory of their achievements. They paid the cost even with their lives. St. Valentine was one of them. I enjoy the reading about St. Valentine and I agree with the last statement about Love being unbeatable.
I've never heard about this story. Many people celebrate Valentine's day only because they feel the love is in the air. But most of them including myself don't know where the name Valentine comes from. But it's good to be part of this movement because never is late to give a hug to a friend and express your feelings. I don't like that day, because I believe that friendship and love is something that we must express every single day of our lifes. But somehow it helps those who don't have the possibility to do it.
About St Valentine´s story i can infere saying that her was a great priest who sacrifices himself in order to share people together and because he loved the people and wanted to resalt the love which is very important for humanity
